Famous in some parts of India , highly nutritious and protein rich, it is made using gram flour and mixture of spices.Thesechapatis have a unique flavour making it stand out and also compliments every vegetable , lentil , pickle , curd etc acting fit for a quick meal fix .
Take Missi Roti Atta in platter, then add luke warm water 175ml into it and knead with soft hands and place it for 20min. Rub refined oil or ghee in hands, while kneading to avoid stickiness on hands, then make medium size boll & make required shape of Missi Roti and bake it. Roll into a slightly thick chapatti than usual. Preneat the gridle (Tawa) and cook the Missi Roti with or without oil.
Before serving, cut it into half and smear some butter on it. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
Note: You can also add green coriander, green chilli, ginger, according to your taste. You can also add fresh Methi leaves instant of dried Methi, grated ginger and even chopped onion.
