1. Add 600ml or 4 cups of water of Instant Mixes n stir. Keep aside for 20 min.
2. Later on make round 30 vada hole inside, if neded add water. Take kadai pour 500gm oil.
3. Pour small ball of dough to oil. If it comes up if means your oil is ready to fry, Fry vada untill golden brown and server with sambhar & coconut chutney.
Suggestion : You can add chopped onion, cariander, green chillies, tomatoes etc. on the mix after spreading it on the pan. Once cooked, serve it with red and green chutney.
